Three Decades of Unbreakable Bonds

30 Years of Successful Relationships

At the heart of our success lies three decades of forging unshakable bonds with legal professionals across the country. Our unwavering commitment to fostering solid relationships with attorneys has been the cornerstone of our company's countless triumphs. We take pride in being the trusted partner of some of the most experienced legal minds.

How Our Relationship with Legal Professionals Led to Record-Setting Results

At the height of the global pandemic, our video Mediation Documentary helped obtain the largest settlement in Georgia's history for a brain damaged baby case, setting a new precedent for the legal industry. But we didn't stop there. In 2021 Forensic Video Law left the defense with no other option but to settle 28 individual cases after viewing our mediation documentaries. For one attorney we helped him settle 2 cases back-to-back totaling $4.5M. The following year, in 2022, our firm more than tripled the money made for our clients by utilizing superior technology in several eight figure landmark cases.

Partnering for Success and Delivering Results with Forensic Video Law

Today, our team covers the entire east coast, and together, attorneys and Forensic Video Law are a force to be reckoned with. We look forward to continuing to build upon our successful track record and lasting relationships with our valued legal partners for years to come.

No matter how big or small, let us show you what sets us apart from want-a-be legal videographers and true Forensic Video Professionals that will increase the value of your case.

Christopher "Chris" D. Ballard

Sheila Davenport, Operations Manager Forensic Video Law

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Christopher "Chris" D. Ballard, my mentor and a beloved member of the Jacksonville, Florida community. Chris passed away on Tuesday, January 31st, 2023 in Asheville, North Carolina at the age of 71.

Born on May 13th, 1951 to Astrid Marian Ballard and Edward Ray Ballard, Chris was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville. He graduated from Terry Parker High School in 1969 and went on to become a successful entrepreneur.

Chris founded his own business, Omni Video, in the late 70's and was a and was a pioneer in the use of video for personal injury litigation. He was the first person to get legal video put into the legal system in Georgia and the 2nd person in Florida. He was the first person to get legal video put into the legal system in Georgia and the 2nd person in Florida. Chris made cutting edge forensic video presentations for mediation or trial, a critical and necessary asset that was successful for 40 years. He was the first number one forensic video producer in the nation because of his outstanding achievements for people who needed help.

Christopher is survived by his sister, Astrid Pamela Ballard Pauly (Robert), one niece, Leighton Hannah (Joseph), one nephew, Mark Pauly (Cortney), and four great nieces, Charlotte Pauly, Magnolia Pauly, Suzanna Pauly, and Zoe Hannah.

Chris was not only a successful entrepreneur but also a great friend, colleague, and professional. Everyone who knew him can attest to his larger-than-life personality. He was quick-witted and always had a funny story or joke to share. He loved good food and good fun, and he was known for entertaining in his condo with music. Chris was also very thoughtful and would always send a card or make a call to wish someone well.

Chris will always be remembered for being larger than life. He enjoyed time with his sister and her family, traveling on the beaches at Tybee as well as traveling to New York, Colorado and even to the mountains of Mexico. This is how he will be remembered. Rest in peace, Chris.

Attorneys red Bergen of Bergen & Bergen and Carl Varnedoe of Jones Osteen Jones, had a $1 million policy to work with in a fatal motor vehicle accident case but knew the case was worth much more. At mediation Mr. Bergen played a six-minute video compilation of the police body and vehicle cameras from the scene of the collision. The room was silent for some time after the presentation ended. Within a short time, the defense reacted, "We didn't bring enough money."
The case settled for more than $5.65 million above policy limits!

Cameron Kennedy, rising star at the Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley Law firm, has a powerful weapon the defense hates.

"Many times, these cases take years to complete and by preserving the evidence with video documentation, I increase the value of my cases tremendously. Video exhibits have also made the difference between us winning and losing cases." ~ Cam Kennedy

Check out a brief video of Cam explaining why it’s imperative to document damages using video.

Fundraiser for Richard Bloodworth

Disabled Homeless Marine Veteran Needs Your Help

Richard Bloodworth needs our help. Richard graduated in 1982 and was always a cheerful caring person to everyone he met. He served our country proudly as a US marine but after the 2008 depression everything changed for the worst. Tragically he became disabled and homeless through no fault of his own and now struggles to live each day. Richard lost the full use of his left arm and hand plus suffers from chronic debilitating back pain. His mother passed away in 2017 and he has no other family.

Richard has applied for disability through the government but they said it could take 1 to 2 years for approval and going through the VA has been a nightmare with no success. Richard hasn’t given up as he continues to seek out work and has found employment but nothing substantial, or lasting due to his disability. Let’s help Richard win his fight!

On October 13th from 2 pm to 4 pm, we are having a fundraiser for Richard at “Lillian’s Sports Grill” located at 5393 Roosevelt Blvd # 6, Jacksonville, FL 32210. Please join us to support one of our friends and if you can’t make it, please click on the GOFundMe link provided. God bless and thank you for your loving support:)
